Avarice is the second book in The Buchanans series, and it tells the story of Liam Buchanan and Siobhan Murphy. Even though each book tells the story of a different couple, there’s an underlining storyline continuing throughout the series. I suggest reading the series in chronological order to fully understand all of the backstories.

Liam works for David Buchanan, the leader of the Irish mafia in Boston. He’s currently Alex’s, David’s wife’s, bodyguard. The story begins with Alex having an appointment at Avarice, one of David’s legitimate business ventures. While there, Liam meets Siobhan, who is working at the front desk. Liam falls hard and fast for Siobhan, but she is not initially impressed by him. However, things quickly change.

Avarice is a great story, and I had a hard time putting it down. It’s a definite add to your TBR list!

Now I’m looking forward to Wrath, the third book in the series, which is due out in June 2022.

I have a weakness for sexy alpha men, and mafia romances are one of my favorites. Redemption is the first book in The Buchanans: A Steamy Mafia Romance, which is author Lexy Ray’s debut novel. Redemption tells the story of David Buchanan, the leader of the Irish mafia in Boston, Massachusetts.

David owns the club Redemption, and it’s where he first notices Alexandra Jacobs. He feels a very strong bond and a need to protect what he now considers his Angel. How will Alex react when she first meets David? Will she be as taken with David as he is with her?

Redemption was an exciting page-turner, and I was quickly engrossed in the storyline. It was filled with mystery, suspense, and some blazing hot scenes!

Redemption is a definite add to your TBR list!
