Washed Away is a standalone suspenseful slow-burn romance written by author R.C. Boldt. It tells the story of Liam, a doctor living on the shore of Punta Blanca, Panama. As he walked home from a patient’s home, he discovered a woman washed up on the shoreline. Liam brought her into his clinic and took care of all her injuries. When the woman finally woke up, she couldn’t remember her name or how she got there.

As the book progressed, the storyline switched back and forth between the girl’s past and the present, but not in a confusing way. I did have some difficulty getting into the storyline initially, but as soon as the story picked up, I became totally invested.
