Treason is the second book in the Thanatos MC series, written by author Cole Lepley. Each book in the series focuses on a different couple and can be read as a standalone MC romance. However, if you’re like me and enjoy knowing all of the backstories, I suggested reading, Toxic, the first book in the series before beginning Treason.
Treason tells the story of Ashley, the sister of the MC president, Jack, the second in command, and Andy, one of the newest members of the MC. Ashley has been with Jack for a long time, and some of his behaviors have hurt her. She’s now trying to decide what she should do in life as she’s tired of hearing Jack’s weak apologies. Andy has become a good friend to Ashley, and the sparks begin to fly. Now, she just has to decide what to do? Accept Jack’s apologies again or trust her newest feelings for Andy.
A definite add to your TBR list.

I just love reading MC romances. It’s the alpha male bikers that really make me weak in the knees! I’m frequently looking for new series to read, and I recently discovered Toxic, the first book in the Thanatos MC series, written by author Cole Lepley. It tells the story of Flynn “Boss” Davis, the president of the Thanatos MC, and Sloan Prescott, who recently moved to Arizona for a fresh start.
Flynn has been newly appointed as the MC president, but he honestly has lots of issues. Too many for me to count. Because of them all, I had a hard time relating to him at times. I often wished that he would have a little more confidence.
Sloan is currently living with her mother and step-father after two failed relationships. The last thing she’s looking for is another one. However, Flynn barrels into Sloan’s life like a wrecking ball. Their relationship has its ups and downs. But when I reached the end of the book, I thought that Flynn and Sloan still had some unresolved issues, and I wished that the story was a little longer. Hopefully, we’ll learn more in the next book!
