Being hurt and alone is nothing new to Hadley. She’s survived on her own for as long as she can remember, and no one will dictate the way she lives her life. With loss and pain dominating her memories, how can she put her faith in someone again?

Having no one to depend on besides his club has hardened Brandon to the outside world—and it’s exactly how he prefers it. The moment he lets people get close they always find a way to backstab him. There’s no room for love in his world.

Hadley and Brandon need a reason to let their walls down and let love in. Can two broken souls find a way to save each other?

The Wolf is a steamy MC romance, and it’s also author Jade Marshall’s debut novel. It tells the story of Hadley and Brandon (Wolf), and I was hooked from the very first page. I have a weakness for strong alpha men. You know, the ones that know what they want and protect them with all that they have.  Well, Brandon is definitely one, and he took it to another level!

In this story, Hadley has been on her own for several years.  She has had a difficult childhood and has had to be careful to stay hidden from those looking for her. Her best friend, Storm, helped Hadley get a job at the strip club where she works. This is where Wolf, the Enforcer for his MC, first sees Hadley. Wolf has also been through a lot, and he’s immediately taken by Hadley, which spooks him.

The Wolf’s storyline was absolutely gripping, and I had a difficult time putting it down. I’m looking forward to reading more of the author’s books. I’m hoping for Storm’s story next!
