Give Me A Hand is the first book in the Beyond Desire series written by author Gwen Martin. It tells the story of Cam and Jude, who are roommates in college. Their story is told from Cam’s point of view, and it begins with him walking in on Jude taking care of himself. Even though they’ve been roommates for roughly two years, Cam only thought of him as a good friend. Now, all he can think about is Jude, and when he can see him again.
As Cam and Jude’s feelings for each other grow, Cam is increasingly unsure of everything. He has a lot of baggage, and it has hindered his past flings. But can Cam get over his fears, and is Jude able to offer him more?
Give Me A Hand is a really good New Adult MM romance. The only thing that was missing for me was Jude’s POV. I enjoyed both of the characters, but I think Jude’s POV would have added an exciting addition to the story.
