Endurance is the 4th book in the Sin series, by Georgia Cates, which is Jamie and Ellison’s story. This story takes place in Scotland where Ellison’s sister, Bleu, is married to Sin, the leader of the Fellowship. The Fellowship is a mafia-like organization that follows their own set rules and beliefs. Members are born into the organization and new members are not typical. Ellison, with Sin’s approval, is joining the Fellowship and now needs a mate to claim her. Several members are vying for Ellison’s attention, but she can’t seem to get Jamie out of her head. Jamie, the Fellowship’s doctor, is afraid he will not be able to protect Ellison. Will he give up his chance to claim Ellison to keep her safe?
Endurance can be read as a standalone, although I do believe reading the series in order will provide you will a better experience. Jamie does speak using a few Scottish terminologies, but it was not confusing or distracting. The storyline was unique and I devoured it within a day.
A superb book!
I cannot wait for the next book, Kieran and Westlyn’s story!
