A Lovely Confession is the second book in the Debt of Passion duet written by author CoraLee June. I absolutely loved the first book, A Lovely Obsession, and I couldn’t wait to read the conclusion of Roe and Hunter’s story. So, as soon as I saw it on my Kindle, I dropped everything and jumped right in! And just a reminder that this is a duet, and it has a continuous storyline. Therefore, this is not a standalone romance, and you’ll need to read them in order.
A Lovely Confession begins five years after the first book ended. Roe has gone and finished college and is now living with her friend Natalie. Roe’s trying to move on with her life, but it’s difficult when she can only think about Hunter. Now the tables have turned, and she’ll do whatever she can to find him. The question is, how do you find someone who doesn’t want to be found?
A Lovely Confession’s storyline is gripping, and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. And let me tell you, I absolutely loved the ending! It’s a definite add to your TBR list!

A Lovely Obsession is the first book in the Debt of Passion series written by author CoraLee June. This was the first book that I’ve read by the author, and it definitely won’t be my last. This story was dark, gritty, emotional, and absolutely flipping amazing. Seriously, I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough!
A Lovely Obsession tells the story of Roe, who is a senior in high school. She has been through a lot and currently lives with her overprotective uncle. Hunter works for the Bullets MC, and he’s a beautifully broken man who has an obsession with protecting Roe. This obsession leads him to stalk her, but she is completely unaware of him or his world. That is until one evening when there’s a knock at her front door.
I felt for all of the characters, and I became emotionally invested in the story. So much so that I forgot that it had a continuing storyline. I got to the last page and almost died! So, heads up… the story ends with a cliffhanger. But no worries, the second book in the series is expected to be released the beginning of March 2020.
