OMG, I flipping love this series!

As soon as I saw Revenge, the third book in the Slay Quartet, I became so incredibly excited! I literally dropped everything and dove right in.  And let me tell you, this book is absolutely amazing!  Oh, and in case you’re not aware, this series has a continuous storyline, so you’ll need to read the books in order. But, prepare yourself for another big cliffhanger! No worries, though, as the fourth and final book is expected to be released on May 12th.

Revenge begins shortly after the second book ended. Celia is now back in London with Edward, and she is acclimating to her new situation. We begin to learn more about Edward and his past. And let me tell you, I’m really enjoying seeing this other side of him! Edward is still on a mission to get revenge, but now he’s included those that have hurt Celia. But will she be able to open up to Edward about everything that has happened to her?

I can’t wait for Rising, the final book in the series!

SLAY: RIVALRY
(Slay #1)
by Laurelin Paige

Release Date: June 4th

Edward Fasbender is a devil.

He’s my father’s business rival, a powerful, vicious man who takes what he wants and bows to no one. I only took the meeting because I was curious. I thought he was going to offer me a job.

But that’s not what he’s after at all. His proposal is much more intriguing, and I see an opportunity. An opportunity to turn the tables and bring down the devil.

I’ve gotten in trouble playing these games before. I know when the risk is too great, when the stakes are too high. I know how to be cold and strong-willed and destructive. I know how to withstand dominant men with arrogant charm and rugged features.

Yet I can’t resist taking on Edward.

And I can’t resist the pull he has on me.

Soon I’m not so sure which side of the battle I’m standing on–if I’m the warrior meant to slay,

Or the one who will be slain.

Wow!  That was flipping fantastic!

Slay: Rivalry is the first book in the Slay Quartet, and it’s one of my absolute favorite books this year! It does have a continuous storyline, so be prepared for it to end with a massive cliffhanger! Honestly, I must admit that I cursed a couple times when I got to that last page.

The storyline was full of so many twists and turns, but it was the characters that really made the story even more amazing. Celia and Edward had me going back and forth between loving and hating them. They also knew how to really turn up the heat!  Phew (fanning self). I want to tell you all about it, but this is one book you need to read without any spoilers!

Completely unputdownable!

With her heart literally in his hands, Celia will have to try and bargain with a devil.

Edward Fasbender is my captor.

He told me he would break me, but I thought he meant in the bedroom. It turns out Edward is playing a completely different game.

And he won’t stop until he’s ruined me.

Slay Two: Ruin is the second book in the Slay Quartet. Slay One: Rivalry should be read first.
