Inexplicable Fate is the second book in the Fate series written by author Hanleigh Bradley. The first book, Inescapable Fate, was really amazing, and I couldn’t wait to read the next book in the series. As soon as I saw it on my Kindle, I literally stopped everything and jumped right in! Oh, and in case you aren’t aware, this series has a continuous storyline. Therefore, you need to read them in order.
Inexplicable Fate continues where we left off in the first book. Georgia is on a mission to save another girl from being murdered, and she risks everything for her. Walker is Georgia’s boss, and he’s also her boyfriend, and he will do everything and anything in his power to find her. Even with all the resources at Scotland Yard, he still struggles. Can Walker find Georgia before it’s too late?
This story is full of action, suspense, and twists. I really enjoyed it, and I can’t wait to read the third and final book in the series.

Wow! What a great story!
I love jumping into a book without reading the blurb. It’s refreshing to be able to trust an author and know he/she will take you on a fabulous journey. In this case, I love Hanleigh Bradley’s work and just jumped in. I am so glad that I did! The only exception I would recommend is to not begin it at 9pm at night! As soon as I picked it up, I was hooked from page one and couldn’t put in down (and as previously stated stayed up waaaay too late into the night).
In this story, Walker Trent is Georgia Kentley’s new boss at Scotland Yard. DCI Trent makes assumptions about DS Kentley just because she is the police chief’s daughter. Therefore, they don’t get off on the right foot. The story is full of suspense, mystery, sexual tension, and a sprinkle of humor. Loved it and can’t wait for the second book in the series. FYI, it does end on a cliffhanger!

Hanleigh loves reading books more than anything in the world; whether it’s reading them or writing them, Hanleigh just can’t get enough.
