NSTINCT (The Elite Book One)
I’m not like the vampires in your books, little girl. I’m not agonising over my own soul or the ethics of drinking your blood. I don’t want saving or to find some great love that will alter my very existence.
I’m not a monster. I’m the devil himself and I have no problem playing that role.
I take what I want and right now, what I want is you…
And there’s nothing you can do to stop me.

Instinct is a captivating short story and the first book in The Elite series written by author Hanleigh Bradley. This is Ms. Bradley’s first paranormal romance, and she introduces us to Everett and Farah. Everett is a vampire, and he’s attracted to Farah, who happens to be a human. He becomes obsessed with her and struggles with his desires. Farah is both fascinated with Everett and instinctually afraid of him. I really loved the concept of this story, and I liked how Everett explained the Elite.
So you are aware, this series has a continuous storyline, and know that it’s going to end with a cliffhanger. Therefore Everett and Farah’s story will continue in Crave, the next book in the series.
