Shameless, by Teresa Mummert, is not your typical college romance story. The story is captivating and it is full of drama, angst, suspense and I was up reading well into the night! The characters are complex and written so well that I felt a part of the story. The drama was off the charts and I continued to guess the character’s actions and motives throughout the book.

Henley has little time to socialize as she is constantly studying or working. Her best friend Gigi encourages her to go out and party one evening. She meets Lucas, the typical bad boy, all tatted up and super-hot. Then, comes all the drama, backstabbing, and so much more. At this point, I was gripping my Kindle with white knuckles!

Finally, during the last chapter… all the pieces came together and I felt like I ran a marathon!
