Boys that Tease is the first book in the Lords of Wildwood series from debut author Betti Rosewood. It tells the story of Crispin Dalton and Tinsley Sullivan who first met while filming the tv series ‘The Life and Times of Devin Mooney.’ Tinsley was the star of the show and played the role of Devin, and Crispin’s character was her boyfriend. Crispin and Tinsley got along great and even hung out off the set until something happened that destroyed their friendship.
Tinsley then goes to the Wildwood academy, which is a private school. Unfortunately, that is where Crispin goes, and he starts to make her life there very difficult. Tinsley finds out that it’s hard to know who her real friends are. When she has no one to turn to, Tinsley calls Crispin for help.
I quickly became fascinated with the characters and the slow-burning storyline. There was so much drama, angst, and jealousy that I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough! Boys That Tease is a definite add to your TBR list! It’s one that you don’t want to miss!
