Halfway to the Grave is the first book in the Night Huntress series by author Jeaniene Frost. It’s the perfect romance for those that love paranormal vampire stories. It has drama, suspense, steamy sex scenes, and it was so much fun to read. The book does end with a cliffhanger, and the story continues throughout the series. Therefore, you will need to read the books in order to fully understand and appreciate them.
Halfway to the Grave tells the story Cat and Bones, and they have an epic love story. I was totally hooked from the very first page and just devoured the book. I couldn’t wait to download One Foot in the Grave, which is the next book in the series.
