Buck Dawson

Five years ago, Dakota was so close to being mine. Until she left.

Now she’s back, bringing with her every feeling I’ve harbored for her.

But I couldn’t have her then, and I can’t have her now. Because, not only is she my best friend Jack’s little sister…

She’s engaged to another man.

Dakota Jenkins

Seeing him again after five years brings every submerged emotion I feel for him and every sizzling thought crashing to the surface.

Coming home after calling off my engagement is hard, but the moment I lay eyes on Buck, I know home isn’t just a place; it’s a feeling. And Buck is home to me. Always has been.

He’s also completely off limits being my older brother’s best friend. Jack would kill us if he thought there was something going on again between Buck and me.

But we never followed the rules back then, so why start now?

Buck Wild is a 17,000 word, fast-paced, novella. It’s an over-the-top, small town, older brother’s best friend, second chance romance, packed with ooey-gooey goodness and a whole lotta heat. This story contains strong language and explicit mature content.

I love reading novellas since I don’t always have the time to read a full novel. Buck Wild is a definitely a steamy one as well as author Kinley Cole’s debut book.  Buck Wild tells the story of Dakota and Buck, and it is just the perfect length. It was easy for me to get lost in the storyline, and I read the book in one sitting.

Buck Wild tells the story of Dakota and Buck, who is Dakota’s brother best friend. Jack is completely against his sister getting involved with his best friend Buck. As a result, they part before they really had a chance to start.  The story then skips ahead five years, and Dakota finally returns home.  When Buck sees Dakota again, nothing is going to stand in his way of claiming her.

A fun and steamy story and a definite add to your TBR list!
