October 6th, 2018

Star-crossed lovers. A debutante ball. A billion dollar fraud. Manhattan royals turned bitter rivals.
This enemies-to-lovers novella/novel duet will scorch your screens!

I was called a prodigal son.
A scion of Midas.

I believed it. Why wouldn’t I?
Everything my father touched turned to gold.
The proof was all around me.

Luxury cars.
Elite schools.
A billion-dollar business.
Even my girlfriend, a Park Avenue Princess.

I reigned from a throne of lies.
My fall from grace . . . wasn’t graceful at all.

I love Tara Leigh and her Nothing but Trouble series.  So, when I saw Throne of Lies, I jumped at the chance to read another one of Ms. Leigh’s books.  I must admit that I didn’t even read the description of the story!  I just knew it would be another great book, and boy was it ever!

Throne of lies is a prequel to Legacy of Lies, which is the first book in the Legacy of Lies series.  This short story introduces us to Tripp and Jolie, their families, as well as their relationship. I quickly became engrossed in this story and couldn’t read fast enough.  The characters were engaging, and I completely fell for Tripp!  He is just so yummy!  I cannot wait to read the next book to find out what happens next!

A Fabulous Story!

Tara Leigh attended Washington University in St. Louis and Columbia Business School in New York, and worked on Wall Street and Main Street before “retiring” to become a wife and mother. When the people in her head became just as real as the people in her life, she decided to put their stories on paper. Tara currently lives in Fairfield County, Connecticut with her husband, children and fur-baby, Pixie.
