Reign to Ravage is the fifth book in the ‘Myth of Omega’ series as well as the second book that centers on King Malloron and Amara. So you are aware, this book is a continuation of Reign to Ruin, which is the fourth book in the series. If you have the opportunity, I always like to recommend starting a series from the beginning. Although in this case, starting at book four is completely fine too. For those that have read the first three book, Emperor Drocco and Cailyn do make a short appearance, but it’s not confusing for those who haven’t read the first three books.
Reign to Ravage begins shortly after the last book ends. King Malloron is very upset at what happened, and he is basically in a rage. He’s still so protective of Amara, and she still does not trust him. Although, her body literally craves him. Therefore, there is a whole lot of quarreling between the two characters as well as Amara herself. Which led to a whole lot of steamy sex scenes, which almost caused my Kindle to start smoking!
Needless to say, I became completely engrossed in the book and read it in one sitting! I cannot wait for the next book in the series!!

He will ruin her – until she knows nothing but him
The Alpha King
Corruption and sadism plague every corner of his kingdom. He remains in the center of it all; a handsome, charming, master manipulator.
Furious at the knowledge that rare Omegas hide in his castle, King Malloron uses magic and deception to draw one out.
Striking a deal with her that he knows he will not honor, they begin an exchange of wits that intrigues him much more than it should.
He forces her into the depravities of his dark world, determined to destroy her and use her for his own ends, only to find that he may not be the only one with the power to ruin.
The Omega Diplomat
Trained to deal with the devious and treacherous people of the kingdom, Amara never anticipated tackling the biggest deceiver of them all.
Desperate for his secrets, she has to be willing to be corrupted, dominated and shattered to get to the truth, but is soon horrified to learn that King Malloron’s reign goes deeper than just his kingdom; he rules her instincts too.

Reign to Ruin is the fourth book in the ‘Myth of Omega’ series from author Zoey Ellis. Even though this is the fourth book in the series, it’s actually the first book that centers around King Malloron and Amara. I did not read the first three books in the series and had little to no problems understanding the plot. There were some subplots that I didn’t fully comprehend, so if you have the opportunity, I would read them before beginning this one. Just know that it’s not mandatory.
King Malloron is a strong, alpha male anti-hero, and oh how I love a powerful bad boy. I believe his desire to find an Omega causes the King to be the rough and tough Alpha that he exhibits. When he first observes Amara, he suspects that she is one, and Malloron is determined to use her for his own needs. Although, she doesn’t trust him at all!
Reign to Ruin was a little slow at the beginning for me. Then, the storyline quickly picked up when Malloron and Amara made their pact. Phew! Can I tell you, the sex scenes were blazing hot! I became completely engrossed in figuring out what would happen next that I forgot about the cliffhanger! I’m looking forward to the next book in the series!
